Brendan and his team worked miracles in our Victorian terraced house in Southsea, creating storage space under the hall stairs, under the floor of the front room and creating a loft wardrobe in an awkward space. He was brilliant at visualising how it should be and made great suggestions. He also listened to our ideas and the final plan was carried out with expertise from the whole team. Brendan came to my home to fix another carpenters work. There aren’t many who like doing that in any walk of life. It wasn’t a huge job by any means but it was something that I couldn’t remedy myself . I was initially concerned that he wouldn’t turn up and I realise that it was so wrong of me to judge someone by someone else’s failures. Brendan knew my concerns and he turned up on time, carried out an excellent job and it clearly shows, no job is too small. Brendan and his team did a very good job and were great with ideas to help us build a bar/wine storage unit. They sourced all materials and despite a few setbacks through no fault of theirs, they built it bespoke and even better than the photo I'd found online. We recently moved into our first home and were recommended Southern Cross by a friend. We needed a bathroom ripped out and a new one put in, windows and fireplaces taken out and bricked up, plastering, plumbing and gas services. We had quite a short timeline and Brendon was extremely accommodating. There was no job too big or too small and Brendon, his staff and all his sub- contractors were quick, professional and friendly.
